What's the best breakfast on exam day and snack before the actual exam?
i've heard slow release carbohydrates or proteins, any suggestions
be serious people! crucial hours.

Don't eat too much, cause as you would know, when you eat too much you usually feel sleepy afterwards
This is probably because blood flow is directed towards your intestines, and less gets to your brain (from what my chem teacher tells me)
But it's always a good idea to have something sugary, maybe a banana or anything with glucose in it
Good luck!

5 raw eggs
also suggest taking in a banana or two to replenish your potassium levels

i plan to eat some oatmeal with flax seeds and blueberries, and if i'm still hungry (and have time) i'll have a poached egg. and then i'll have my usual omega 3 capsules and multivitamins.
good luck everyone!

i've heard that flax seed oil has an effect in which it holds food in the body for longer than usual but not to make you constipated so that sounds like a good idea, might go with your breakfast :)

I was going to have my butler organise a gourmet buffet, but then I remembered that I don't have a butler. I'll probably just have what I usually have.

Make sure you have a breakfast containing of course Low GI carbohydrates and ensure that you are adequately hydrated for this endurance event (3hrs).
Your hand is going to have to sustain constant isometric contractions that at times will feel fatigue like symptoms relating to an accumulation of metabolic by-products like lactic acid, and in particular an accumulation of hydrogen ions. Hopefully your year of training has increased your Local Muscular Endurance.
The Legal ergogenic aid "caffeine" will not benefit you in the slightest tomorrow and i suggest avoiding it.
Your arousal levels could at times slip to low levels so you may have to perform arousal promotion techniques like positive selftalk and breathing techniques to fire yourself up.
What up pe.
