I know it too late but might aswell ask you guys. Is it okay if i did different modules in exam 1 and exam 2. In exam 1 i did Matrices, Business and Trig. In exam 2 i did Matrices, Business and Networks?

Makes no difference. After all you're just a number according to the VCAA.
