Im in year 11 going into yr 12 and i did methods 3/4 in year 11
and my teacher keeps telling me to take uni maths and but im not too sure how uni maths really work and whether if its within 6th subject or you can take it as 7th.......

2012: Specialist 3/4
          ESL
          Chemisty 3/4
          Physics 3/4
          Further 3/4 (or UMEP)

If you have an interest in maths, then do UMEP. If you are likely to do a science or engineering degree at uni, do UMEP - it can give you credit in your degree and either allow you to accelerate or to be exempt from taking a subject.

Humm, a uni enhancement program which allowed me to credit as 2 subjects in uni, then a lot of overloading and summer school as well :) If I count the number of subjects I did by semester it would be: 4, 5, (2 in summer), 6, 5.

Awesome! I plan on copying you if I can get into chancellor's scholars. If, on the other hand, I get a Monash MBBS offer...I will probably have to take it and miss out on the fun breadth/maths/science.
