I have already made some progress with my first NYR.
I began the Couch to 5K program. Already my legs are dead, but, in 9 weeks time I'll see how well it worked out.
If it does work out, I may start a 10K program.
Secondly, I'm going to cut all food I consider to be 'junk' out of my life. I had this going for a few years before, but once Year 12 hit, times became desperate; and everyone knows, desperate times call for lots of Big Macs and Whoppers.
Thirdly I may start weight training again, but I'm in no rush.
I wish everybody the best with their NYR and I hope you all find the will power to follow through.

Whats up with everyone with fitness goals :P?
Being fit is a lifestyle (srs). There should be a change in your leisure time and diet, thats what fitness is all about.
I will be seeing a lot of new years resolutioners in my gym, I hope they will not give up along the road, I've seen a lot of em gave up last year at Jan and I disliked seeing that happened, and I wanted them to achieve their goals just like they wanted. So that applies to everyone thats making any new years resolutions they should have a change in lifestyle and habits This can get you where you want and where you wanna be.

Fitness = Stamina. Stamina = less time being tired. Less time being tired = more optimal performance in life :D

So true...
-
- Be more comfortable in who I am
- Be more content with the life I have
(having said that) - Get out more. I'm 18, I shouldnt have to be stuck at home stalking people on facebook, especially on NYE
- Plan more ahead ( So that the idea of going to the city at NYE doesnt get rejected when I bring it up 4 hours before)
- Actually learn how to study LMAO
- LMAO go gym so I can decently fit into those jeans that I bought at Boxing Days Sales!
-
My resolutions are:
1. Don't procrastinate
2. Be more tolerant
-
- Stop playing Runescape and Neopets.
- Find some friends.

Also, I'd like to get the idea into my curry parents head, that they need to let me out of their prison. I know they mean well, and that they want to protect me as best as they can. But I'm young, and I dont want to be cuddled. I want my own independence, I want to make my own mistakes. What's a life without mistakes? How else do you continuously learn and develop yourself as a human? I dont want to be stuck stalking people on Facebook and watching them have lives while I'm rotting away in my room. I dont want to read books about life and not actually have one.
Slight exaggeration there about not having a life, but still, I WANT TO GO OUT!
