This is just sickening, 7v1 is pussy, justice needs to be served.
-
Crazy Americans.
-
That is horrible :(
-
I have to prove I'm 18 to watch it :(
Edit: just watched it - I have no words just despicable
-
This is purely sickening, I don't know if our Generation AKA Gen Y, would ever surpass previous generations e.g. Gen X, Baby boomers, ... in terms of sensitivity and humbleness.
Hopefully, the polices should take serious action with these high school pansies. Again, I hope the polices will find these scum bags ASAP.
-
They need to die.
-
Anyone know what punishment they'd get if they were caught? Not only is this in broad daylight, but 7 on 1 and obvious ruthlessness, even after the guy pleaded for them to stop..
-
Absolute cowards.

This is just revolting. I feel sick having watched this.
These people deserve to be locked up for a long time.
-
Well good thing they were all arrested.
-
Filmed in 720p HD video. Spoiled brats.
And 7 on 1? Who's the real man in this video? The guy could still outrun those losers at the end. I applaud him, and am sharing this video to twitter to help it go viral. Once you see one face in the video the rest will be found. Those hoodies and masks mean nothing.
But worst of all, why do they continuously call him "nigger" in the video? Now I have even more justification as to why I detest the existence of this generation.
-
Damn I really hope that guy could run fast enough to get away! And the camera guy, standing there sniggering... urgh. Words do not express...
-
you can't blame this on today's society
this shit was happening since the stone age, it is only now with the internets that we see this on utoobs
-
And guys, police are investigating it already, or so I sincerely hope:

Good news is, the guy got away and was treated.
Edit: lol

The things that must've been going through that poor guys mind for those few minutes...
All 7 of them would be pussies on their own. But when they're in a group like that, away from the public, they knew the victim wouldn't stand a chance.
The only man I saw in the video was the victim. Getting back up after being kicked and punched repeatedly...in the head...
And what for? They wanted his jacket? Sure it looked pretty cold but most of them had everything but their eyes covered. Even their eunuch nether regions.
Oh and I bet the guy filming was fat. He ran like 5m and began walking. Real tough guy right there.
-
If I got my hands on them id break every bone in their body.

You know what's funny, the reddit post has a list of what may or may not be the names of those 7 kids.

They better be ready for their cockmeat sandwich.
-
I think this attack was in retaliation to the guy and his mob attacking their mob (from rumors).
All of them are idiots if this is the case.
-
wow that guy gets up and even stands up for himself after being kicked and punched to the head,
applaud him on his bravery, hope he's alright now.
i have no words for those 7 retards, 1 on 1 and the victim would have knocked each any every one of them on their asses no doubt.
see how those wimps like it when the numbers are against them and the whole internet's after them
pathetic low lives
sadly though i bet this happens a lot, just once in a while the idiots are dumb enough to film it and upload the evidence
-
There might be more to it if that guy getting beat up has a mob as well.
Either way those 7 guys are fucked, the internet is not nice.

those 7 dudes are clearly deranged, he's growling like a damn dog
i think when he says the whole thing about messing with him, it's over something else

"The boy was taken to Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, where he was treated for a laceration to his lip, bruises and abrasions, police said."
Either the kid was tough as hell or the attackers have sponges for fists

I have to be 18 :/

"As CBS 2′s Derrick Blakley reports, the victim allegedly took part in an October attack in which 20 teens jumped on two others."

The video consist of 'uhm', 'yeah', 'what they did was wrong', 'so yeah'
I have no sympathy for her.

Well, I guess the kid had it coming but the beatings still sicken me. There were many occasions in the video where, if applied with enough force, would result in immediate death.

It doesn't make sense though, the girl's side of the story. The person recording was laughing, yet after she says "I know what they did was wrong.." and rambles on all this stuff, and the laugh doesn't really sound like a girl. And if the 20 on 2 story was true, then why did they beat him up to take his jacket, shoes, wallet and money? I don't get the impression that this video was a revenge-getback kind of thing. They just seem to gang up on him, beat him up and record it for kicks.

So she records the fight in 720p, but her response video seems to be recorded with a potato...
And even if there was a precursor to the attack, tit for tat brawling isn't going to help anything. For all we know, the '20 people' who 'jumped' Wesley and Easley may well retaliate.
6 or 7 against 1 isn't a fair fight, in the same way 20 against 6 or 7 isn't a fair fight.
Oh and apparently 'she knows Wesley so much better than we do'. Did anyone else get that? I think she could have reiterated that a little more.

Cause they are not the mafia with a strict honour code.

McCarthy said the attack was not racially motivated, but was in retaliation for an earlier incident, in which 20 people attacked two teens.
Heh.

I hope something even worse happens to these 7 idiots
-
tbh what i've found really really disturbing have been some of the revenge threats made against the aggressors in these videos. Don't get me wrong those kids are assholes and need to be made to realise that and I'm generally a strong advocate for very harsh penalties for violent crimes, but ultimately I want the punishment to have a rehabilitative effect.
I have read things ranging from shooting the kids (and i emphasize these are kids, they look like they are 16 years old) to bashing them in front of their parents to rendering them quadriplegics - I mean seriously is this not as bad if not worse than what was depicted in the video? I think its a huge irony that if someone were to find one of those aggressors and film him being beaten to a pulp and posted in on youtube, the response would probably be hugely positive, even though it is essentially the same thing as what he did to the Asian kid =/
secondly, as with all internet stories we don't know the full picture. What if hypothetically that group of kids had been attacked earlier by the other guy? People would now probably be cheering them on for getting revenge. Maybe this was just a simple case of bullies picking on a lone kid but until we know better we should never assume that it is.
What I hope happens is that these kids get arrested and punished in such a way so that they feel shame for their actions, but not humiliation to the extent that they just hate society.

They ganged up 7 on 1 - that's cowardly already. Beat him up, filmed it and uploaded it to Youtube. They knew exactly what they were in for.
