Is anyone else studying Things We Didn't See Coming?
I noticed that there isn't much talk about this book as there are for the other ones. Our school only just switched to using this book this year as last year they were using Bypass which wasn't very popular (although I would be inclined to think it would be better than Things which isn't all that great of a book).
It would be useful to know if there were others out there who were also studying this text to discuss it with and such.

I'm studying Things we didn't see coming this year.
My school also just made the switch to this book.
What were your opinions on the book?

I don't like the book at all to be honest. I am not a big fan on the plot and it just doesn't appeal to me. Having talked about it with some of my friends, the majority of people at my school feel the same way about it as I do.

I'm sort of a contrast to you.. I didn't mind the book. It wasn't a complete drainer to read.
To be completely honest, everyone is always going to hate the books set out for us because we didn't get to choose it.
what other book are you studying?

The other books we are doing are Cosi which I actually liked reading, Sometimes Gladness and Growing Up Asian in Australia.
