Title: Is anyone else having issue accessing MyInfo for round two offers?

Trying to load it up for my housemate and check for him but it keeps saying it will be available from 3pm today (says 2pm on the key dates but yeah it's after 3pm now...).

It was working just then for me
But now...can't access it, strange

Does it give you that message about it being unavailable until 3pm?

I got in by going to VTAC's main website. Not via Myinfo.
