Hey does/did anyone go to the gym at school during lunchtime?
Does it affect your classes that you have after lunch? (i.e energy levels, attentiveness)
Would 3 days a week be a good amount? (mon/wed/fri)?
It would probably be for half an hour so that I have sufficient time to get changed/shower/eat.
Would I be better off doing more cardio before/after school? So that I have more time to do weights, I don't really have sufficient equipment at home and our school gym is free to use.
thanks

I go to school gym during lunch time every school day :D
Hmm you would have to see for yourself if it affects your energy levels, personally it doesn't really affect me too badly. If I have a hard triceps day, sometimes its hard to write during class lol.
3 days a week sounds fine, try it, and if you feel you are too tired cut it down.
Usually I have my gym gear on underneath my uniform and I rush to the gym. Workout, then in the last 5 minutes of the lunch period get changed while eating my lunch. If you have spares either side of lunch then it helps too. I don't have a shower afterwards, no need really.
You could do cardio on weekends or on your off days, I'm not sure how many cardio sessions you want to do in a week.
