Rebel Sport sell them online. They might sell them in the store too but I'm not sure.

Stadium sports is still in boxhill but they just moved to a different location from what I've heard from a friend (Still somewhere in Centro). Also don't buy badminton shuttles from rebel sports... way overpriced. From what I've heard, http://jtultra.com.au/products.aspx isn't that bad. Get the RSL:classics for 27 bucks each which is reasonably durable. Probably negotiable :)

I wouldn't know that much about buying shuttles in Melb. cause I normally just get them couriered from overseas. (Maybe ebay would work but then I don't really trust ebay for this sort of things + there's postage charges)
