they will seperate of course.
when denaturation happens the tertiary structe of a protein will go "BLOUGH.....and die" :P
ok, but yes they will simply break apart.

Rephrase the question, it seems like you mushed two seperate questions together.

You might look into thermophillic bacteria and the properties of their protein to help answer your question.
