If you got Bs and SACs and As on the exam, you would most likely get around 35 since your SACs would likely scale to that amount.

If you got Bs on SACs and exam you'd get around 31-32.

To improve, just make sure you know every topic well, look up the study design and go through the key areas. Then I would work on a couple of practice exams (external) and do them open book so you can answer the questions well. Once you are comfortable with the exams, do them timed and close-book and keep preparing. Aim high!

Watch some Khan Academy bio videos, set a goal for your bio exam score and try and reach it by the mid years, look up uni courses, it all helps.
