A discussion of at least three factors that can lead to the success of a small business and three factors that can lead to the failure of a small business , with strengths and weaknesses , advantages and disadvantages and a conclusion on the success and failure of small business.
Would somebody be able to help me with this question ?

I do not have my Unit 1/2 resources with me, but poor location choice can definitely lead to business failure. Of course, if the business isn't even visible, it's going to have trouble.

Lucid, you would get a mark for that, but remember not all businesses need a physical location, or even a web location/domain name to be successful.
Some other possible failure factors could be;
- poor financing and low cash on hand
- not creating profitable customer relationships
- choosing a market that is already saturated (not differentiating your business)
- low business awareness/poor business image

Yeah, these courses do not really take into account online businesses, but I know what you mean.
