Title: "When people encounter conflict it forces them to reasses what is really importa

Hey guys, I'm planning to try do an expository essay on this topic, but it has stumped me a little bit in regards to the "big ideas".

This seems like a very easy point to prove (as someone who changes through conflict obviously had to reassess themselves), but I was taught for an expository essay that each paragraph should have a big idea on the topic.

So there is my problem, what do you guys think would be a few good paragraph topics?

EDIT: Topic sentence was "When people encounter conflict it forces them to reassess what is really important to them."

Sounds like a topic for which it would be easier to do an imaginative piece.
