Title: pre-exam routine
Post by: saheh on June 11, 2012, 11:20:22 am
Hey everyone

what's your pre-exam routine/breakfast? etc :p

im planning on getting to school at normal time (8am) for bio, and just relaxing, and going for a walk to get some energy flowing, plus plenty of water and my usual breakkie (cereal+banana)

what are your plans/tips if you have any??

also for day before? I'm just going over notes and all... trying to calm nerves hehe

Good luck this week everyone!!

Convince myself that I dont care about the exam or that it doesnt matter, so I'm able to think more clearly and calmly during the exam.

I mostly had afternoon exams and for those I just had like 2 muesli bars (the low GI ones) and some tea (Try not to have a big lunch because if you're anything like me, it tends to make you feel sleepy sometimes haha). For my morning exam, I just had the usual cereal and milk :) And yeaah I went over my notes before the exam too - but if you're feeling over-anxious it's probably best not to try to go over your notes once more because it might muck up what you already studied.

I'm always trying to learn as much as I can before the exams and then when I realise that I'm not going to have enough time to go through everything in-depth and  understand it because I left it too late, I end up just trying to memorise what seems to be the important stuff.....................which is hard when you've only four hours sleep over two days
