Hope I'm not too late D:
1. What is the significance of Sodium and Potassium in synaptic transmission?
2. Where are amino acids synthesised?
3. What is the difference between the structures of Bacteria, Fungi and viruses?
4. What does the lymphatic system do other than the storage of lymphocytes and differentiation of T cells?
5. What are the molecules attached to the phospholipid bilayer and what are their functions?

1) move an impulse down the axon
2) probably more of a chemistry question I think
3) bacteria have a peptidoglycan cell wall, virus is un living single strand of DNA, fungi has a cell of chitin, bacteria have circular rings of DNA with no membrane bound organelles
4)transport lymph around the body and stimulate immune response b/t cells
5) protein channels - facilitated diffusion of ions no energy, protein carriers - transportation of polar moles requires ATP, cholesterol - gives cell structure, glycoprotein/lipid - generally used as receptors (there are others but these are the main ones)

Virus has a protein coat SURROUNDING a nucleic acid core of DNA or RNA.
