Title: Photography in design process - Unit 4

Hey everyone.
Here's my dilemma:
I'm planning on doing some photography for my Unit 4 folio but I'm not sure how to go about with the design process of it. I've asked my teacher and he has told me to sketch ideas, then draw up potential mock-ups.

Anything else I can do during this process? Anyone with prior experience?
