a few confusions regarding the dot points in area of study 3...

Operations function??
do we just define operations??? what is it's function????

operations function what's its relationship to business strategy????
i checked my book, BM A+ notes, and shinny notes too... but i can't find it.. however, in A+ it only mentions relationship to business objectives...

characteristics of operations management within a range of organisations////?????

business competitiveness in terms of cost, quality and delivery?

First off all do you know what operations is?

Do you know what an operations manager does?

Your book should have that at least as a starting point.
