Is it worth it?

No. Each question on your exam gets marked by two different assessors. If there are large differences in your marks it goes to a third. If there's still no clarification it goes to a fourth. Unless you got an E for a fully written exam that you were confident for an A+ on, chances are the assessors are right and you were just wrong.

Even if you weren't fairly treated, there's not really much you can do :-\

Not worth it, best to just move on.
