Would anyone else love to own the possession of a historical figure, or am I just a weirdo?

ie. work desk, pen, watch maybe?

I just think it would be awesome..

Working at the desk a former US president sat at...

I wonder how one would go about obtaining the possession of a historical figure.. Most things would be in museums and they wouldn't sell it.
