i didn't think it was too bad...lost a few marks that i didnt know n probably didn't provide enough detail but it was okay overall i think??

exam was alright, I finished on the last second. The last question got me scratching my head, but a lot of it was really simple. Normally we are asked to write an essay on proper land-management. Land management was not on the exam, so that saved a lot of stress. I think many people would suffer explaining 2 steps of the HACCP system because that it required some rote-memorization.
The question that asked us to identity the taste testing method of the spider diagram was a little weird. I just said it was a 0 out of 10 preference test. I was just happy that we weren't asked to describe the sensory properties of any productions, because articulating sensory properties can be tricky.
Aced the exam and SACS, B+ on the SAT, probably a study score of around 30, but who cares about that - time to celebrate.
