Is this diagram from I tute accurate, as in , at those beams is there compression tension as mentioned

I think that's right. Just pull the arrow down and try to visualise it.

anyone have a diagram like this truss above, OF Struts??

what i do for these sort of tension and compressin problems is to overexaggerate the diagram to bend the centre of mass of the base down. This enables us to see which bars are in tension and compression easier.
