Title: TSFX or Neap or Tutor for Chem and Physics 3/4?
Post by: dossie58 on December 21, 2012, 01:43:03 am
Hey guys,

I will be doing Chem and Physics 3/4 next year, and was wondering which would you recommend; TSFX/Neap/Tutor for weekly classes? Or is it more effective to self study and spend more time on neap & atar notes study guides?

Thanks :)

Doing questions from the study guides you've mentioned is a definite, as going more and more questions will always help.

As for the tutoring issue. Depends how much you need it and for what reasons. I've heard some alright things about TSFX/NEAP weekly classes, but sometimes a private tutor could be better and cheaper. If you're more keen on group work though, maybe TSFX/NEAP are for you :)

For those subjects it will be a waste of money. Classes of more than 6 people are a waste of moey anyways.

Do all the questions from those studyguides and read the detailed-solutions of the AN study guide carefully, even for those questions that you actually got correct.
Get a personal tutor for a session before each SAC if you are keen on it.
