hey guys so i received an atar of 96.90 and applied for access melbourne to get into biomed. I fulfilled all the prerequisites and I also received an access melbourne scholarship, does that mean I'm 100% going to get an offer? I'm kinda nervous...

Yes.

THe letter or email you received indicates that you would be guranteed entrance with an atar of 92 if Im correct. (a friend of mine last year received this scholarship)
Assuming it says that and you've received the scholarship then you should get an offer
Don't entirely rely on my opinion, I'm just speaking from experience here.
It may have changed.
But all the best!! :D

You're going to want to be careful; I also received an email from UoM regarding an Access Melbourne scholarship for Biomed. The exact wording in the email (received 17/12/2012) was:
"VTAC records show you have applied for admission to the University as part of the Access Melbourne program. This means you may qualify for a guaranteed place in select courses at Melbourne."
Seeing as I too fulfilled all prerequisites and the Access ATAR for Biomed, I attended the Change of Preference Week lecture, where I was able to ask if this email was a confirmation. However, the lady in charge stated that the Access Melbourne scholarships will not be sent out until January.
TL;DR Make sure you've actually been offered a scholarship; keep in mind there's only 160 available. The email sent around the above time is only an acknowledgement of your eligibility, not an offer.
Also, best of luck in getting into the course! :)

the access melbourne scholarship offers came in december, as for Access Melbourne into Biomedicine, just give them a call and they'll tell you if you've been offered a place in Biomedicine through SEAS, considering you got the minimium atar of 95 and satisify prerequisites.
