Title: AAD
Post by: rebeckab on January 20, 2013, 03:31:32 pm
Okay, so I've just gotten a new job, and I've already had to cancel one shift, so my second is on Wednesday afternoon, same day as academic advice day. Thing is, I work in Bendigo, and can't cancel this shift, but it means I have to leave AAD just after 10am... which means I'll be there for my session that they told me to go to, but am I supposed to be doing other stuff on this day? What am I missing out on?

I didn't really find AAD useful. It was basically a regurg of what you will here again in the introductory lectures for the other subjects. AAD I found was just useful for ironing out any administrative/enrolment issues.

Don't stress out too much.

AAD and orientation week isn't really necessary to go to; you won't miss out on much.

Unless you have no idea what subjects to pick and have lots of questions..
