Ok i have a test on Managing a Business toomorow and will more than likely have to write a job description from an ad out of the newspaper. I know a job description includes; Title of the job, working environment, Tasks involved, Skills required, Hours of work, Work practices and Performance criteria (essential and desirable).
But my question is; what is a Work practice? (not in the text book..)
Thanks in advance

wouldn't call it an exam, just a small test.. turns out i didn't need to write a job description up anyway.. stupid teacher trying to trick me.. It was really easy, thye just asked questions about what is an Australian Workplace Agreement (AWA), EBA and Industrial Award etc. and then just list the aspects of Analysis of Needs, Recruitment and Selection, then incorporate some KPI's and i was done.. too easy :)
