Where can I find a more comprehensive list of subjects with their lectures recorded, because by the looks of http://www.studentcentre.unimelb.edu.au/eastern/subject_information/Timetabling/recorded_lectures, none of mine are..

The best thing you can do is directly email the coordinator of the subject and ask if they will be recording lectures. Find your subjects in the university handbook, there on the right side will be the coordinators name.
