What are the best commercial notes for Economics, Biology, Psychology and IT: Software Development?

I find that ATARnotes are the best all-round; Neap is pretty good for sciences, as is STAV.
EDIT: Misread the post, Neap and STAV are good for exams - don't know if they offer notes. pi (below) is right, A+ notes are good (for questions too), as are ATARnotes.

A+ Bio notes are pretty good.
TSFX notes, if you can get them, are pretty good too for bio.

ConnectEd notes were soooooo useful for Psych! They even come with some tips at the end!! I'd deffs give these a go :)

I can only speak for Bio but if you were to make only one purchase for this subject (and books can quickly get expensive across 4-5 subjects too), it would be A++ notes.

I'm a fan of A+ Notes, used them across three subjects - can specifically recommend for Psychology. Unit 3 was better than Unit 4 (2012), although it will probably be a combined book this year.

I'm assuming you also wrote notes from class, because a mate of mine said to just buy commercial notes and not write down the notes and instead actively learn the content as the teacher explains. (Not sure about his opinion). However if I did get A+ notes I would write down all notes in class as well.

Depends on how motivated you are. I didn't write substantial notes for chem, bio, physics (lol) and methods. Didn't really feel the need (mainly because I'm lazy and honestly couldn't be bothered).
In retrospect, wish I had done some notes for chem and bio, but ended up doing alright anyway.

i dont agree with this. i found the A+ notes 'notes' sometimes mentioned parts that werent directly relevant to the assessable content, and for the parts that were directly relevant, it was either very poorly explained or not explained at all. in terms of notes, Psych is a content-based subject, i highly recommend making your own because it'll help to ensure you actually understand the content etc.
For practice questions, I'd recommend NEAP smartstudy for psych. the A+ notes range of 'practice exams' are rubbishly easy dont waste your time or money
