Title: Oxygen Consumption

is Oxygen Consumption a respiratory, muscular or cardiovascular acute responses ?

This is kinda a tricky one because you could argue both muscular and respiratory.
You could say it is muscular because the muscles are taking up more oxygen from the arteries and not leaving it to go back into the veins but then you could say it is respiratory because you are breathing in more.

However  if it is part of a question with an activity make sure you determine whether it is aerobic or anaerobic because if its an anerobic sport you can't say it is respiratory :P

Don't worry to much about it though, just remember the obivous ones :)
