For you all to bitch and moan!
I'm actually pretty happy this semester:
14-Jun-2013 Friday 09:30:00 MIIM30011 Medical Microbiology: Bacteriology
17-Jun-2013 Monday 14:15:00 MIIM30002 Principles of Immunology
20-Jun-2013 Thursday 09:30:00 BCMB20002 Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
26-Jun-2013 Wednesday 14:15:00 NEUR30002 Neurophysiology: Neurons and Circuits
Going quite close to the end but at least they're well spaced and no Biochem v Lvl3 clash <3

Chemistry 1 - June 11th
Biology of Cells and Organisms - June 13th
Calculus 1 - June 18th
German 1 - June 27th
Of course my easiest class is on over a week after my next-to-last exam. Chemistry and Biology are predictably right at the start :B
-
I got Genetics and Physiology only 1 day apart :(
-
CHEM10003 Chemistry 1 Tue 11 JUN 9:30 a.m
BIOL10004 Biology of Cells and Organisms Thu 13 JUN 9:30 a.m.
MAST10006 Calculus 2 Tue 18 JUN 9:30 a.m
JAPN10007 Japanese 3 Fri 21 JUN 2:15 p.m.
Happy with mine :)

14-Jun-2013 Friday 14:15:00 MGMT30011 Supply Chain Management
21-Jun-2013 Friday 09:30:00 MAST30021 Complex Analysis
What a way to finish off my degree*
*Provided I pass because unfortunately nothing is guaranteed in this world as I am officially the king at screwing things up.

Argh two on the same day Gloamglozer! And then a relatively large gap 3:
-
13-Jun-2013 Thursday 09:30:00 BIOL10004 Biology of Cells and Organisms
14-Jun-2013 Friday 14:15:00 ECON10004 Introductory Microeconomics
18-Jun-2013 Tuesday 09:30:00 MAST10006 Calculus 2
21-Jun-2013 Friday 09:30:00 CHEM10007 Fundamentals of Chemistry
Not bad for spacing, and finishes earlyish so plenty of time for holidays! :)

Yeah, but they aren't hard subjects so it's alright. But swap one of those subjects for complex analysis and I would have flipped my desk.

:) DS can be quite tricky ;)

11-Jun-2013 Tuesday 09:30:00 CHEM10003 Chemistry 1 1 Written Exam 3 hours 15 minutes Royal Exhibition Royal Exhibition Building East
14-Jun-2013 Friday 14:15:00 ECON10004 Introductory Microeconomics 1 Written Exam 2 hours 15 minutes Royal Exhibition Royal Exhibition Building East
On the one hand stoked at how being an Arts student means only having two exams :') On the other hand slightly remorseful as the only reason I have any exams at all is because I chose breadth subjects which have exams...

Wtf how many exams do you have??
-
Wtf how many exams do you have??
Six
-
Six
wow so you are doing 6 subjects now in postgrad?? :O
-
Lol what do practical exams consist of?
-
Ouch Peedles, good luck ):
-
Thanks Mavis.
No I'm doing 4 subjects but OSF and Preclinical Dental Practice have 2 exams.
The practical exam involves making a cavity prep (drilling a hole into a carious tooth I presume) on the free-surface or occlusal surface of a tooth within a specific range and depth and then filling it with resin composite or glass ionomer cement and then polishing so that it blends perfectly with the actual tooth. It was so fun doing it in class, so hopefully I don't hype myself too much and get nervous during the actual exam :(.
-
I have exactly zero (0) exams. Ily guys
-
I got Genetics and Physiology only 1 day apart :(
aha, not as bad as my 3 exams 3 days in a row last sem :P and then my last exam a day apart from the third one (all in first week)
Mine:
12-Jun-2013 Physics fundamentals
20-Jun-2013 Biochem
21-Jun-2013 Principles of human structure
24-Jun-2013 Chemistry: Reactions and Synthesis

oh no ... :(
-
Omg Cuddlekins I feel for you ): Having three exams in a row is not fun at all and they're not even entirely late so you couldn't study for all of them kinda progressively throughout. I'm sure you can do it though! Good luck.
-
12-Jun-2013 Corporate Law 3 hours 30 minutes
21-Jun-2013 Cost Management 3 hours 15 minutes
28-Jun-2013 Quantitative Methods 2 2 hours 15 minutes
Having every exam one week apart from each other has both advantages and disadvantages :) :(

One of my mates is doing LAWS50094 International Commercial Law & Disputes and that is an option.
-
How many people choose it?
-
Not quite sure. But it's an elective for JD students.

LING10002 Exam:
Date: June 13th
Time: 2.00pm to 3.30pm
Venue: Elizabeth Murdoch Building, Theatre A
Man what the fuck
that is literally an hour and a half after my BIOL10002 exam
I cannot contain my rage
-
Isn't LING10002 Intercultural Communication which is taught in semester 2 only and has around a one hour exam?
-
They've swapped the semesters around, so IC is in Semester 1 and Secret Life of Language is in Semester 2.
-
Step 3 is 16 hour examination divided over two-days. Each day of testing must be completed within eight hours.
The first day of testing includes 336 multiple-choice items divided into 7 blocks, each consisting of 48 items. Examinees must complete each block within sixty minutes.
The second day of testing includes 144 multiple-choice items, divided into 4 blocks of 36 items. Examinees are required to complete each block within forty-five minutes. Approximately 3 hours are allowed for these multiple-choice item blocks. Also on the second day are twelve Clinical Case Simulations, where the examinees are required to 'manage' patients in real-time case simulations. Examinees enter orders for medications and/or investigations into the simulation software, and the condition of the patient changes. Cases are of 10 or 20 minutes.
Approximately forty-five minutes to one hour is available for break time on each of the two days of testing.
Harshly this is only the last step to pass. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Medical_Licensing_Examination
