Title: Visual Diary

Heyy,

I'm thinking of picking up VCD next semester as an year 11,
I know how portfolio should work and what to do about it, but I'm not sure about way of presenting

For example, should I get a Visual Diary with pages and present my works in them,
or get loose A3/4 sheets of paper and do my work on them and slip them into presentation folder with pockets?

I'm aware that the portfolio shouldn't only contain the final artwork, but also all the design process stuff.

How do I go about organising my portfolio?

The only thing I used were a couple of big ass sketchpads (visual diary?) and I did all my work in that.

I use an A3 plastic pockets folio. I find it useful to be able to change the order of pages around and use different types of paper for different things. It's also good not to have to worry about filling it all up since I can just add extra pockets.

I've also used visual diaries as my studio art folio but I ran out of space in one of them. A few pages got stuffed up when I tried to use watercolour in them. Visual diaries are a lot easier to carry around though.
