If anyone has been to the Dookie Campus I love to know how it went!

It's one of melbourne unis campuses based solely on agriculture

My friend did wine camp there, so I asked her, she said "It's pretty plain and I wouldn't want to be there more than a week. Poor wifi but main campus has that too". SO THERE YOU HAVE IT.

I feel like it's one of the hazards of the Melbourne Model - pretty much anything can be breadth. A friend of mine just completed a Law degree at Melbourne, and one of his breadth subjects a couple of years back was something along the lines of "History of Vampires".
However, if Melbourne offered a unit in single-malt scotch, I'd be filing my request for transfer right now.

If your applying for that single-malt scotch breadth make sure it sign me up!

How popular are these sorts of subjects?

How on earth is this a "hazard" of the model.

Poor wording, my bad. Intention was more along the lines of "it's part of the uniqueness of the Melbourne model".
Edit: But it also seems like a strange way to allocate funds, especially with UoM losing $52m in government funding. I'm not sure how much practicable information can be taught in a course about wine, even to students of agriculture - but that's just me, and I admittedly have no idea as to the content of the unit.
