I have an upcoming SAC on immunity, its in a poster format, what are some areas in which i should focus my study on? are there any good summaries around on immunity?

What do you mean by poster format? If you are talking about a SAC based on A3 sized paper (I have no clue to what poster format is) then they'd probably ask you to illustrate immune responses. Phagocytosis, hypersensitivity, clonal expansion, inflammation and fever are a few that may pop up.
