Title: Video camera?
Post by: brenden on August 14, 2013, 11:26:49 pm
Hey guys,
A friend of mine wants to start making youtube videos for fun (mostly be side he's impulsive and has money to blow)... Price range is about $700-$900, obviously wants the best picture/sound quality for his purposes.
I told him I knew a guy (or a forum) ;), so what's the best way to go?

In my opinion, I think a DSLR camera are better than video cameras. They have such good quality when filming footage and you can get them for around that price too.

Whatever you do, i recommend your mate does his homework. I know its boring to look up the specifications and compare them and to read through tonnes of reviews but it really is worth it. You'll get the best bang for your buck. Pick out a few in the price range and check out reviews for them and compare the reviews.
