Title: Practice Essays

Hey guys in your experiences, do you think that when writing practice essays you are better off writing them under exam or sac time constraints or do you think that writing essays more freely allows you to better develop your writing skills?

At the start, do them freely but don't get distracted since there isn't a time limit. Once you get more proficient, do them under exam conditions.  :D
