Title: text response questions

Can you neither agree nor disagree with a prompt , ie i have this prompt but i agree in some ways and disagree in someways, wat do u guys think?

For text response, you should NEVER 100% agree or 100% disagree. Two ways to structure your text response:

First way:
2 arguments AGREEING
1 however argument DISAGREEING

Second way:
2 arguments DISGREEING
1 however argument AGREEING

It usually works out better for you to agree then disagree to an extent (1st way), depending on the topic of course. Always have a 'however' argument as your final paragraph.

If you can agree and disagree it proves that you know the book well, that you can see the book from another angle, opposed to those students who just completely agree or disagree. Shows examiners that you have an in-depth understanding.
