Title: Biofuels and Alternative Energy Sources
Post by: Chazef on September 27, 2013, 08:44:23 pm
Hey I recall these two topics being very very dense and revising for them for their SACs was hell (at least biofuels was). To what extent do we need to know about these in the exam? A friend who has done a lot of practice exams says it's a very small amount of info like basic definitions and a couple advantages/disadvantages. I'm about to get into some practice-exam-doing so are the related questions in the available practice exams going to be a good reflection on what depth of knowledge I need for the actual exam? thanks :)

Generally this sort of content is combined with another key area and the questions more specific to this knowledge are only worth a few marks. You want to learn the content to make sure you're eligible for as many marks as possible, but it obviously isn't going to be the focus of the exam. :)
