I'd it worthwhile doing these papers ? Anything different in terms of content?
Is difficulty on par with recent methods exams.
Or should I just no bother and continue with companies like neap, Tssm,
Tsfx?

Worthwhile if you have the time. From memory some of the probability has been removed (hypergeometrics and so forth) so if you don't understand a question at all either ask it on AN or ignore it as you probably won't need to know it :)
Good luck!

Nah company exams from 2009 onwards should be the main priority before doing those really old VCAA exams.

There is no harm in doing them, but if you have more recent Exams from different companies, then do them first.
Methods is not like the other subjects, where the SD dramatically changes - It relatively remains the same.

Definitely do them if you have time! From memory, the multiple choice sections from these exams offer great practice for the exam. Some of the extended response questions are useful too. If you're looking at cutting down on how much you have to do, I'd recommend do every VCAA paper you find (that's your first priority) and the other companies later on.
