So I got previous credit for MTH1030, but the equivalent course I did was in 2008 and I am a bit rusty with both the contents from year 12 specialist maths and MTH1030 now. I plan to do MTH3241 and ETC3510 in the future. Under these circumstances:
Would it be better for me to enrol in MTH2010 than ETC2440? Or will ETC2440 give me better marks because it goes over linear algebra again and has less rigor in terms of proofs and such?

Easily MTH2010.
ETC2440 is way too diluted... MTH2010 is much more rigorous and will benefit you much more.
