So in a surprise turn of events all voting has been cancelled! As per:

Just a note: these awards are all good fun and there are no monetary or physical prizes, so please vote in good faith and avoid any vote rigging etc, spend that time studying instead. If I suspect anything has been going on I will talk to admin and cancel this whole thing. Simply for good fun.

They voters in those districts came down with an unfortunate case of lead poisoning after they fell on bullets and couldn't make it to vote.
