Title: Budgeting questions and BDA

Hi,
I have a huge problem for BDA, can someone recommend some tips and also provide a few examples and solutions for different types of BDA.
What are the benefits of budgeting and also what can the business use the Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow statement for?
