I have received scores in my UMEP subject of 91 in Semester 1 and 88 in Semester 2, which gives me an average of 89.5.
According to this table, http://futurestudents.unimelb.edu.au/info/school-students/extension-program/atar-increment, my average does not clearly fit into the requirements for a 4.5 or 5.
Would my result be rounded up or would I get a 4.5 increment? Thanks :)

They will *probably* round it up and give you the increment of 5.0, but don't hold me to it.

Oh man, same position for UMEP Philosophy (well for one increment lower though, got 79.5 overall). I hope they're kind to us :P

Fingers crossed! It's strange how they don't include decimals in the table ;)
