Title: Access Melbourne - below guaranteed entries

Hi,
I've received an Access Melbourne Scholarship with an ATAR of 86.90.
I was just wondering what are the chances that I will be considered a place for Commerce even though you need 88+ for Access guarantee entry.

Has anyone heard of cases where people accepted the Access Scholarship but did not get into the course?
I've applied for Financial and Underrepresented schools for my SEAS application.

I really do hope there's a chance that I can get into Melbourne and was really surprised when I got this email.

How did you receive your scholarship? I'm overseas right now so I really hope it's not by phone or mail :/

I got mine by email on the 17th of December

I received an email regarding Access Melbourne on the 16th but I'm not sure if its the same "scholarship offer" that you guys are talking about. What exactly does your email say?
I'm pretty much in the same boat in regards to getting into commerce as well.
