According to VTAC:
- For applicants to graduate entry teaching (GET) courses through VTAC, Round 1 offer information will be available in your VTAC user account from 9.00am Monday 13 January 2014.
- For international students who have applied through VTAC and studied an Australian Year 12 in 2013, Round 1 offer information will be available in your VTAC user account from 2.00pm Monday 13 January 2014.
- For all other applicants to courses through VTAC, Round 1 offer information will be available in your VTAC user account from 2.00pm Friday 17 January 2014.
If you have any questions about offers, please have a look at the VTAC Discussion board first, as it is highly likely that your question has been answered before.
Good luck!

Hey Ninwa or anyone else,
If I were to get an offer from VTAC or any other interstate institutions will I get informed through my email? Because it seems that it will be really troublesome having to login to all the other websites individually to see if I got any offers.
Thanks!
PB

Fairly sure it's published in a newspaper (Herald Sun or The Age, I can't remember which) so you can check online or buy a copy

im pretty sure that's only the case if you have checked the box in your VTAC account to have your offers published.

So even if I get an offer from SATAC (say Uni of Adelaide) the herald sun should show it?
-
Nope I don't think so - my friend got offered and took a place in Adelaide, but the website only showed her offer in Melbourne which she declined.
SATAC email you on the 16th of Jan (by 5pm apparently) with any offers you have received in SA. Good luck :))

Oh I see, thanks pollos_girl!

I recieved an offer for my first preference but have had a change of heart and am now more interested in doing my second preference? Is it way too late to change or still try and get into my second preference?
-
Also, if i decide to just take a gap year, is enrolling into uni's the same at the end of this year as it was this year? As in, will it be the same process and looked at the same by the uni?

Have you looked into negotiated offers? http://www.vtac.edu.au/results-offers/offers.html#negotiated Not all courses are eligible for negotiated offers (up to the uni, there's a list here http://delta.vtac.edu.au/cgi-bin/online/negotiatedoffercourses.cgi). Have a look on the website of the uni you're interested in for information, they should have a negotiated offers page up somewhere with info and conditions/criteria, and get into contact with them.
If you haven't accepted your first offer already, keep a close eye on the dates to ensure it doesn't lapse. There isn't a guarantee of getting a negotiated offer, it's usually a wise idea to accept your offer and if you get another one, formally withdraw your enrolment for the first offer (the uni will have a process for this).
