Hey guys,

Can anyone who did this subject remember what calculations they wanted for the home loan assignment? Is it just the amount the person has to pay per month? Thanks

ok thanks. Do you also remember how much depth they wanted you to go in to the questions? they are quite general

I did a fair bit of research but as I remember there is only so much you can explore cos what you are asked is actually quite specific. I think it all comes down to a simple application of the right formula, and a short answer that is justified by said calculation. There are originality marks prescribed to your answer but they don't expect a meticulous report.
