Hi,
I just wanted to ask if anyone is facing problems due to wrong details entered into your RMIT enrollment. My normal details on myRMIT are correct but the details entered in the enrollment records, under 'name and demographic data' is incorrect. Has anyone encountered the same problem, and if so how did you solve it?
thanks

I had the exact same problem last year (RMIT why you do dis), the help section in 'name and demographic data' says:
"Note that you cannot change your name, citizenship/immigration status, gender or date of birth via Enrolment Online. If you need to change any of these details, contact the Hub for further instructions." The number is: +61 3 9925 8980.
So I just called up the Hub and they fixed my details. I'm not sure why this happens though :-\

Thanks for the reply,
Just wanted to ask, how long did it take for them to respond to your call, and did they correct the issue instantly?
-
I called early so they answered my call quite fast. Apparently lots of people had the problem so it was corrected over night.
