Title: Foundations of Computing lecture being changed suddenly?

Is there anyone else here doing COMP10001 - Foundations of Computing ?

If so has your Lecture 2 changed times?

Yeah they changed lecture 2 from evening to noon. I hope there is recording system available.

I emailed them and asked if it is possible to move it back to evening or open an additional lecture 2.
Hopefully they change it back since I think many people are having a clash.

They told me that they are recording the lectures for sure.

I've just gone ahead and adapted to the change, but if they were to change it back I'd be pretty mad if I don't get my old spots back...

I'm not exactly sure either, there wasn't any mention from anyone about the change. Just an automated email notifying about the timetable change.  :-\

i got an email about a timetable change for engineering mechanics but when i checked out my timetable everything seemed the same.. I'm confused

Even if you don't choose a specific lecture officially on you timetable, you can still attend it ;) This doesn't apply to practicals and tutorials though (I think).

I just had a look at the subject overview on the LMS.

Lectures
Monday 9:00am-10:00am (Richard Berry, JH Michell Theatre)
Tuesday 11:00am-12:00pm (Richard Berry, JH Michell Theatre)
Friday 2:15pm-3:15pm (ERC-Charles Pearson Theatre)

It was Last modified: Sat Mar 1 13:22:14 EST 2014 by Tim Baldwin, so I assume this is going to be final...
