Title: Watchouts!
Post by: lacoste on July 23, 2009, 08:51:06 pm
Questions for the past Further students.

What are the things to watch out for in terms of the exams for Further?
Note: I havnt had the chance to do past papers nor have we finished the SAC's at school.

To be more specific the following are the modules I'm doing:

(CORE)

1. Linear Graphs
2. Networks
3. Matrices

Thanks in advance.  :)

There are afew little things in further that can throw people off, and I remember in last years multiple choice exam there was about 3-4 questions which even afterwards many people couldn't agree on, mostly because of particular wording.

My advice is this: Think about the questions logically, read it afew times, think about what it is asking. Further is not hard. This is fact. So obviously the better students will avoid making mistakes on the trickier questions, which are still, really, quite easy.

I'll try and remember afew things to look out for from the modules and post them later.
