Title: WHAT IS PEOPLE SKILLS?

good day everyone, been studying BM AOS 1, and i have a sac tomorrow =S .

 i was wondering what are people skills. teacher said it would be appropriate for the sac under HRM skills. many thanks in advance.

My definition is:

The ability to relate to and communicate with people, and to keep them satisfied/not spastic.

Basically I see two components
-relationship
-communication

both of these are necessary to HRM in order for employees to feel satisfied (empowered and understood)

or
wiktionarys definition for people skills:
-Skills in dealing with or managing people

Spastics cant work well.

People who are good at sales, management, etc have good people skills!

So people skills means how well you can work with people
