I move that every subject from year 7 through to adult education institutes allow for the option of typing responses instead of writing them. My clarity of thought is so much better whenever I'm not holding a pen.

Funny, I'm the opposite. Here's the course of action for the two scenarios when working:
1, when writing by hand: Brain --> Idea --> Pen --> Paper --> Finish work in a timely fashion
2, when on computer: Brain --> Idea --> Facebook --> Don't really even bother attempting work

Well, my handwriting is awful. I think (and this is super off-topic) it has something to do with neatness of work. Like how I did 90% of my methods work on desmos before committing it to paper, it just looked neater and I could think through it better. Plus you can go back and edit your work and typing is faster than scrawling and probably other reasons.
typing > writing, /thread

Keep dreaming LOL :)
Zhen, is it comparable to writing code by hand in an exam? Now that is a bitch.

It's actually more writing than any coding exam I've ever done :P
