Sooooo, my SAC for this particular topic is in about 2 weeks, and I'm not too sure about other schools, or if it is a VCAA requirement, as i haven't noticed it in the study design.
But my teacher has decided, that the SAC will be a poster based assessment. Lol.
I honestly am the worst when it comes to creativity and what not, and i know that the SAC won't be comprised fully on that factor, but those 2-3 marks are worth a dime!
Anyone know how to ace this sort of thing? Anyone done this SAC yet? How was it? Anything revolving around Immunology is appreciated.
Thanks heaps!

Hey
Yeah for this sac there are options on how to do it
Eg test, power point, oral, poster... Etc its up to your teacher.
My teacher is boring and just chose to do a test.
I don't know, what you would have to include on your poster though, like do you have a criteria?

Appreciate the reply! But a bit late :p
Did the SAC last week, quite easy although the whole class was scammed 1 mark off. -.-
You done yours yet?

OMG I swear poster is the worst way to test a student's knowledge. I did a biology poster for one of my sacs a few years ago and my teacher gave me a low mark (and this was the only sac that I got a low mark) because 1. it wasn't colourful enough 2. No creativity :(

Hahah creativity was exactly what I was worried about, but just my luck, the teacher provided a template poster paper.
So creativity nor colour were marked :P

I know its a bit late. But I just did my SAC a week ago and we also did a poster. However, like you creativity was not counted in the mark.

Best decision ever! Although I got 20/25 ::)
